PEVerify

These APIs sepxect a PEVerify env var to be set.

• peverify.verifyFile(aFilename, aErrorCodesToIgnore) Checks if a .NET pe file is valid and fail if it's not
• peverify.verifyFolder(aFolderName, aSearchPattern, aOptions: array of {Filename, ErrorIgnoreCodes}) Checks if a .NET pe file is valid and fail if it's not
